JJ Cuffee
Founder, President
After nearly a decade behind the lens as a photographer, video producer, and a lifelong love of action sports and music performance, there is nothing more important to JJ than the value of lived experience. JJ, now married and soon-to-be father, sees a world where we capture the moments that we live together and contributes to causes that advance the world in that direction.
Route 322 Collective was founded upon the discovery of three ideas; fulfilment comes from bringing value to others’ lives, the feeling of being truly alive is in the moments you share with other people, and contributing to something bigger than yourself that lasts longer than you could imagine.
Having the eye for creative business is JJ’s trademark. He has fielded consultations for personal brands, freelance specialists and subject matter experts offering a holistic approach to Business Development, Marketing, and Media Strategy. In the heights of the pandemic, he has led one of the largest returns to in-person events at his alma-mater. Lately, JJ had been involved in training customer relationship management and customer experiences (CX) for multi-million dollar corporate departments.
Abigail Cuffee
Co-Founder, Creative Director
Abigail is an award-winning Graphic Designer by trade. Her mentality extends beyond visual design and into project management. This is exactly what has served her well in her career and will serve clients who value getting to the root of ideas and finding the best way to bring them to life.
She has achieved admirable heights in a short time, having grown from an entry level designer to the respectable title of Creative Director, and Marketing Manager within 5 years of receiving her Bachelor’s of Science. Abigail is no stranger to taking brand concepts and ideas to fulfilment and implementation. Although she is a designer by trade, her ability to adapt and create exposes new opportunities for growth. She is a seasoned video producer, director, and podcast host.
